3、 Rights and obligations of both parties:

3During the contract period, all sales revenue generated by Party A's store shall be counted as the sales revenue operated and sold by Party B;

5. The second party shall keep confidential the main account of the online store entrusted by the first party during the operation of the online store, and shall not disclose it to any third party company without the permission of the first party

6. Party B shall operate the store on behalf of Party B and promise to achieve a cumulative expected revenue of 20000 yuan after 12 months/If the annual revenue is not achieved, Party A shall refund the operating fee. During the cooperation period, Party A shall fully cooperate with the overall operation of the store

7. Party B shall promote the store based on its actual operation, and Party A shall cooperate with Party B to promote various stores

However, the following situations shall not be considered as a violation of this agreement:

5、 Dispute resolution method

6、 Other

       1Any modifications and supplements made to the content of this agreement shall be in writing and shall become an integral part of the agreement after being signed by authorized representatives of both parties

2This agreement is in Chinese and consists of two original copies, all of which have equal legal effect. Each party holds one copy as proof

3Any matters not covered in this agreement shall be separately negotiated and signed by both parties in writing, which shall have the same legal effect as this agreement

4. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Party B
