Notice on the launch of the function of replacing waybill

Dear Toonies users:

      Some problem orders need to be re ordered, and the replacement mailing list needs to be re issued to avoid missing delivery and wrong labeling of face orders in the problem warehouse. Now the [replace waybill] function has been added in the user background. Users can search the order that needs to replace the waybill from the order list, click [replace waybill], upload the new mailing list document PDF, and push it to the warehouse to replace the face order and re send it (service charge of CNY 3 per waybill for replacement)

      If the order for replacing the waybill is not handled in time due to warehouse problems, the service fee for replacing the waybill can be returned by submitting a complaint
