• How does Toonies charge +

  For products above 10 CNY, 3 CNY is charged for each piece, 1.5 CNY for 5 CNY above 10 CNY, and 0.8 CNY for less than 5 CNY. The operation fee will be adjusted according to the sales volume. There's also a big discount.

• What should I do when I receive Rakuten's order? +

  Make sure that your Toonies account balance is sufficient, and Toonies will process the order automatically.

• Are all order processing processes automatic +

  Yes, you don't need to do anything.

• What if my Rakuten order is closed? +

  Don't worry, Toonies will close the order simultaneously.

• The product was posted to the store but not displayed +

  After the product is successfully put on the shelf, it will take some time for the store to search. Please wait patiently.

• What's the freight for shipment to Taiwan? +

  For overseas and local sellers, please check the local first trip transportation expenses. For example, if Taiwan ordinary goods are 25 yuan / kg and a piece of clothes is 0.2kg, the freight is 0.2 * 20 = 5 yuan, and the first transportation cost of the commodity is 5 yuan.

• How long should the delivery date be set for shipment to Taiwan? +
